They did a good job on my porch carpet a couple of years ago. Headed back there to replace 3 rooms of carpet.thursday.

Hope my flooring and carpet is better then the customer service I received!! Installers was scheduled for 8:00 to 8:30 show up time. Two hours later still not here!!! Called sales person hour and half ago and no return all from them yet !! Not a happy customer!!!

She was very knowledgeable about a variety of products and was able to find a carpet that was not only of good quality but within budget. Our installers were prompt and communicative, letting us know when they would arrive and how long the install project would take. The project went exactly as they said.
