Pickup order guy was rude. Didn’t even talk to my husband. Just seemed annoyed that my husband was picking up an order. Be nice
Had a rep stop what he was doing. Got a 50lb bag of sand and took it to the checkout and then out to my car. Fantastic service!
Clean. Great customer service and knowledgeable helpful staff. Very good selection of appliances though the prices were a bit high.
Not good very few carts for lumber. Isle closed off for forklift but when done didn't remove the blocks. When I asked oh ya you're good go-ahead. When I got what I needed they had 3 iles blocked off. Going to menards next time this was a joke.
I hope the shipping is as good as the customer service on my new appliance.
