Trevor is exceptional! He took the time to explain how to test heating elements and other things. The stores was closed he didn't rush or become impatient. I will be spending more money @DT's outlet! 100% recommended ❤

The owners are great people, easy to worth with and professional. Karen and husband believe in putting customers 1st. All products I've bought from DTs have been quality and reasonably priced. Community focused and ethical.

I went in today to see if I could purchase an ice bucket for my Kenmore refrigerator! I was confronted by a VERY rude accociate insisting that I have a part number! I explained that I know exact what I have and what I need, and I was just checking because I would rather spend local money, then buying online and having something shipped! I was shown nothing, I was not helped, I was treated like an idiot! I am VERY displeased! I guess I won't be supporting a local business! I was treated like I didn't want to be felt with, even though I was your ONLY costomer in your store!
