Walmart Pharmacy

I just had a Abdominal hysterectomy, so I slowly and painfully walked up to the lady and she was super rude to start off with! She asked what my last name is and I told her and she asked if I filled with them before I said no I usually fill all prescriptions through the VA but they are closed today. She said she did not see anything in the system with my name! I called the provider and he resent over the prescription! Also I forgot my previous name was used for the prescription from when I was married so I asked another lady to check in that name and she said the provider has not sent nothing! The lady I talked to before looked at her and she told her I just told her that about 10 Minutes ago in a very rude voice! So at this point I was in tears cause my pain was just increasing! So the pharmacist came to me and asked me what is the reason I need this Med and I told her I just had a Abdominal hysterectomy and she said ok it will take about 20 minutes to fill! So I sat down and waited! 20 minutes goes by and the pharmacist says I will have to have your doctor call me tomorrow cause this is questionable cause the type of narcotic! I told her I can have the doctor give her a call right away! She said he will have to say who he is and give his information; she said it in a way that I’m gonna have a friend call and say they are a doctor!!! Why? So he calls them right away and gave me my meds and it was 2 hours later! I called my mother after and she told me I should have just lifted my shirt and show them the incision and all the bruising from the hysterectomy! I was so mad! Will never use this pharmacy again act like I’m some druggie that is desperate! I guess that’s how they treat a US Army Vet!!!

I recently had my provider send an order for an antibiotic to this pharmacy. When I went to pick it up the pharmacist was extremely kind and advised that the prescription was for 6 pills for $5,000 and she assumed I didn't want to pay that so she didn't fill the order and had already faxed my provider to see if we could get me the generic antibiotics. So grateful that helped me out with something that could have potentially been an extremely stressful situation.

I called in a prescription for my own cats as I am a veterinarian. I have never been treated like I was a drug seeking criminal. Over all the years I’ve practiced I’ve never had a pharmacy staff member be so rude when calling in prescriptions.

I have been using this pharmacy since they opened. Unlike Walgreens my order is always right and for the quantities prescribed. Ms. Jo knows me by name and is always helpful. Whomever posted that these people are rude must have been rude to them first. Nothing in as many years has ever made any of them rude.

I have used this pharmacy for many years. And they are always very helpful and nice. The one time they didnt have my medication they called around town until thwy found a pharmacy that did have and set it up for me to go there and get it. Now that is customer service.
