First time eating at Panera, I ordered soup with a side of French bag, I didn’t get the bread. Soup was amazing though. The pick up was a bit of a hassle they had to ask my name 3 times. And with everything going on in the world I was kinda upset about my safety seal not being on the bag proper. I’m just glad the soup was good but I still don’t feel it was worth the money.

I love this location but this is the second time I have used curbside and have had to call twice for them to bring out my food after waiting 15 minutes for each. The first time, I was told that they were super busy and they were sorry, today I was told by a sweet lady that they musta forgot. I am pretty mellow so I get being busy and it is easy to forget doing something when you are busy. Due to my asthma, I try to limit outside contact as much as possible which is why I curbside. I debated on rating a 2 or 3 and decided a 2 because a customer should never be forgotten. I just don't like feeling like I don't matter as a customer. I would not ever recommend curbside, but I would recommend everything else.

Not really a place for breakfast food but they do have coffee. My daughter had a special drink and she said it was so sweet that she couldn't drink it. If you order drinks, tell them everything or you get something you may put in trash.

Amazing! Definitely a 5-Star experience. Food is amazing, and I love the fact that it’s located on final so you can watch the airplanes (I’m an avgeek)

This was my first time ordering from this location because it was on the way to work, but when i arrived to my work center I noticed that I only received 10/13 of the bagels. I've called this location to see what they can do for me because it was very inconvenient to travel back to that location. I've told them if i can pick up the remaining bagels at the location in Derby because it was the closest location from work. They've said I would have to make a call. I question myself if i needed to make a call or should it be on them. Then my coworker stepped in and said they should be making the call because they got my order wrong. So they did make a call and i ended up receiving my remaining bagels but it was inconvenient for me to travel again. Wish they done more on their part to satisfy the customer.
