The coffee was completely out half the morning. They were out of all the good desert bagels even at 9 in the morning - no blueberry or cinnamon crunch.nnAlso - their menu says they serve soufflés most of the morning but they only ever have one small batch available in the morning and say they're out and there's nothing they can do.nnAs a redeeming factor - the food on their menu I could order was tasty.

Usually I walk up to the counter and order. Have not gone in since the start of the pandemic. Ordered online this morning for a curbside pickup. They only put sliced bagels. No cream cheese, no napkins, and no silver ware. Usually they put everything bagels in a separate paper bag, no such luck this time. Picked it up from my car to find sesame seeds and pieces of garlic all over the seat. Would like to support all these places, but Panera is not making it easy.

Terrible service, wrong order.nnDespite, hardly any other customers in the store, we waited about 20 minutes for our food after placing an order to-go. That normally would have been fine, provided our order was fresh and correct but it wasn't. We ordered two of their pick two's and one of the sandwiches was wrong. I decided to call at 7:00pm (an hour before they close) to go back and get our order right. Nobody answered after 2 calls so I gave up. Never going back to that location.

cafe food and the atmosphere at this location is great. Nothing to complain about. Nothing but great experiences here. They have so many reviews for a reason.

We're a family of 7, and because of the pandemic we figured it would be easier to order online and pick it up. Unfortunately when my dad went to go pick up the order, he didn't look in the back to check for everything (his fault). It was a large bag so he assumed it was all there. But when we got home, we noticed out of the 7 orders, only 2 got their full order. 3 orders were missing one thing, and 2 orders weren't there are all. He went back, they made the rest of the food, and the only thing they offered him was a free kids drink. I gave an extra star because they gave us a full 2-foot baguette in place of the bread side that was missing on one of the orders.
