My debit card was charged twice for my meal.
Lovely as always! Super friendly staff, kept very clean, and delicious food! They did, however miss an item in each of my party of five's orders. It's okay, though. They usually don't miss a beat so no worries!
After patronizing Village for 20 years management killed it poor social skills. I call it bad customer service. I and my wife realize on a Sunday morning it's going to be busy. The dining area is full, I'm going to go on a limb and say past CDC guidelines for Covid -19. We where asked to wait outside because there was more than 10 people in the lobby. Okay, I get it, but three people walked in an did not come back out. It's a chili morning so instead of staying and giving my business to a corporation that hires bad management. My kids grew up eating the village inn funny face and chocolate chip pancakes. Me and my wife had date night on Friday's when I got off from second shift. I've had good memories but refuse to give up my hard-earned money to a business who doesn't appreciate loyal patronage. R.I.P Village Inn because you lost this customer.
Looks like a long wait with poor service. Another couple left as we were coming in, they hadn't even served. We left and went somewhere else.
Amazing! Food tastes awesome I got mini pancakes and a omelet the omelet was the best I have ever had
