I am a a new member of The Extra Space Storage Team. This is how the make you feel. The Building itself is AMAZING and so very clean. Easy access and Friendly and helpful Staff. I am a Senior Citizen and they were so patient with me. The best one word discretion I could come up with is so ole Fashioned, but true. GOOD
Excellent place for storage! Clean, new facility. Superb customer service. Loading and unloading in a temperature controlled environment. Although first month's rent is free there are minimal fees paid upfront. Nice place to store your stuff!
I have had a wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage on Webb Rd in Wichita. It is clean, well equipped and temperature is comfortable. Yevette was very helpful, both at the time I rented the unit and since I have been bringing items to the unit and had questions. Thank You very much for all your help !
My first impression is good! The facility is clean and the staff are friendly. Looking forward to leasing! The only thing I don’t care for is the unit may or may not be close to the drive through. We have some large items that based on the location of my unit we will be hauling quite a ways. Hopefully it won’t be as bad as it looks.
Both the local and 800 phone number representative were very helpful. Yvette and Tack we the two I spoke with and they were very informative snd helpful.nnSo far so good! They e made this process pretty easy.
