Very professional, friendly and helpful.
Terrible could not meet the commitment and because they couldn't meet the commitment they put it down in tracking as customer unavailable for signature. So when I explained to the two representatives I spoke with that one I didn't get a door tag and two I have cameras all over my home nobody has been here it changed to oh we're sorry I have the information it was put down that way due to high volume well guess what that is not honest and when I disputed with the shipper who guranteed today it looks as if it's my fault
Slow to deliver. Packages sit on their truck for up to 3 days with each day it updating saying it will deliver that day. I tried reaching out and was told a manager would contact me, but they never did. I have wasted taking days off of work to use packages that were supposed to be delivered only to have them never arrive.
They were very helpful... But had a hard time finding my packages..
My package had supposedly attempted to be delivered to me twice in last two days but the odd thing is that no one knocked, or left a tag on the door or the package either time- and I was home both days all day. Then tried to call the customer service number and got stuck in the cycle of the automated answering service. Never able to speak to a person to attempt to locate the package or get an explanation. Extremely frustrating to NOT be able to reach a human.
