Seated promptly, that was the end of the service ! Waited 21 minutes while the maskless waiter passed our table, several times, never acknowledged us cleaned the booth behind us, placed silverware for the just seated couple behind us, and took their order. At that time, we just left. I can spend my $35 for breakfast somewhere where there is better service. I don't think they much care about good service. Last time we will go this Perkins. By the way, it was not very clean either.

Great food
The food is always great at our Fargo Perkins! I love their shrimp. So tasty! Their French Silk and Caramel Apple pies are two of the best I have ever had.
Went to this Perkins on a Saturday evening at 10:45 pm. There were 2 tables and 1 booth that was occupied by other customers. A fairly quiet dining room. We ordered our food from the menu and waited until 12:15 am (yes, an hour and a half) for it to arrive at the table. The food was so sub-standard that I was embarrassed for the restaurant to even be in be food business. Disappointed and saddened to see such obvious disregard for customers and food quality. Perkins is officially OFF my radar in Bismarck.
