Dan's Supermarket

Wide selection and good parking but 2 issues: (1) the fresh produce isn’t fresh, perfectly good looking fruit is often mealy when you bite into it (seems to be a common complaint on google reviews) and (2) they are a bit pricey (see my receipt). Another issue is they seem to be trying to appease both sides of the coronavirus mask issue by not requiring customers to wear masks but requiring staff members to wear masks but most staff wear them around the chin or below the nose. Have the courage to be firmly one one side or the other; don’t make staff sort of wear masks as a token gesture.

Once again I was fooled into thinking Dan's had in store what they advertised. No cornish game hens. No sheboygan breakfast sausage. There weren't even any open spots on the shelves showing they were out. I remember so fondly the days when I could count on Dan's to have everything I wanted. Ahhhh, the good old days. I give up. I may even use Walmart as an alternate choice for groceries (that's desperate)!

Awesome store! They have a wide selection of groceries & everyday care items for almost everyone's shopping needs. There is also a western union inside & money orders available if needed. Everytime I shop here I have a pleasant experience & leave happy, the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Love the meat department here. Great sales and great staff.

Dan's is very overpriced and offer little in the way of organic, fresh or free off antibiotics, preservatives, artificial sweeteners and non-GMO foods either fresh or frozen! They have scaled way back from the food items they used offer their customers. I do a lot more of my grocery shopping at other stores, like Target, Walmart and Cashwise because they offer more, have more competitive prices and also give their customers coupons, sales and markdown on alot of their foods and other items in their stores. I, like most people, want to SAVE money when we go grocery shopping and not feel like we just gave a kidney to put food on table for families.
