My boyfriend and I came in to the Target on 21st street in Wichita, Kansas and were helped by Alex( I think) and Kev. They were wonderful! I have a new hope for mankind with these two young men. Very helpful. Over and waaaay beyond helpful! Thank you Target! Great customer service
Very quick service easy in and out
I love shopping here. However, if you are going to shut off an entrance, I really think that there should be some more signage, maybe a large banner above the closed doors, so that people who are handicapped or have a hard time getting out of the car and up to the door, don’t spend 10 minutes getting out of the car, in the closest possible spot to the door only to get up there and find a few small signs, not at all visible from any parking space, stating that the entrance is closed. I watched three different groups, much older couples, finally get up to the entrance as I was walking in, only to have to go back to their cars, get back in which took them all over 3 or 4 minutes, and drive to the other end of the parking lot, and do the same process all over again. Again, love shopping here but I feel this is such an easy fix. And the ten people I encountered attempting to walk in the wrong door were all clearly, visibly upset. Anyways. Just thought I’d drop this suggestion in here.
