Where to start... the drive through was not friendly, she seemed more annoyed. When I pulled up to the window, she was not wearing her mask properly. She had it below her nose... which defeats the purpose and she’s handling people’s food/drink. My order was wrong. My latte was terrible and the donut tasted like it was 3 days old. Won’t be going back.

The drive through is always fast but today my daughter was getting a hair cut next door so we decided to go in and grab drinks. Walked in and waited a good five minutes before even being acknowledged even though every employee there had looked at us. They were all young so I get it but they could definitely use some training. A simple welcome we'll be right with you can make all the difference.

Great service and wonderful donuts

The donuts are by far the best!! The service, though, is terrible. My order? 6 donuts total. 3 glazed and 3 sugar. I was advised they only have 1 sugar donut left. So I then ordered 5 glaze and 1 sugar along with a drink and two other menu items for employees in the office. I went through the Drive Thur, paid, and was handed “my order”. Once I got back into work I realized my order of donuts was completely wrong. I was given 3 glazed and 3 chocolate frostEd (with sprinkles) donuts. At this point I can not just run back over there, I’m working, so I called and the young lady’s service manners were horrible. My money wasn’t offered back, my order to be corrected and ready in the afternoon wasn’t offered. I did get “well, what do you want me to do about it?” out of her. I advised I would like what I paid for. She said she would take down my name and order but it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow...??? With that I asked for her name for reference; she refused to give it. I pressed in harder, even just for initials. She sighed out of anger and frustration and then reluctantly provided her first name, starts with an M and ends with “gan”.nnThis has happened numerous times, orders being incorrect, receiving someone else’s order, and never getting my payment back or the correct food. I’ve always let it go. So, yes, I am part to blame for continuing to order there with their yummy donuts.nnIf you care about service... not the place to send your money.

I don’t know who is working right now because I didn’t catch their name but it’s 9-22 at 4:50pm and I have to say you are fantastic at customer service!!! Thank you so much
