This place was spotless and organized. The food never disappoints! I really liked that they had the high chairs behind the counter so I knew they were disinfected and ready to use. I was very satisfied with my visit.

I normally love this Panera. I go there 2-3x a month. Tonight we got 2 of the chipotle chicken with avocado sandwiches. The avocado on both looked old and moldy. Pretty much rotten... very black and over squishy. ud83eudd22 I have a photo if there was a way to upload it I would! Please pay attention when making them that the ingredients are fresh. Turned a very good sandwich bad. Thanks.

Drive thru forgets everything! First they forgot silverware. Next time forgot my drink. Today forgot my cookie :( I used to work at Panera. Get it together. Double check your orders...nnUpdate: I’m changing my review to 5 stars because the employees are always super friendly and I haven’t had any issues since!

I pulled into the drive thru at 6:33 with 4 cars ahead of me this evening and I did not get to the window until 7:18!! When I got to the window I asked if I went ahead and paid would my food be ready? The guy said he didn't know so I asked again. He then admitted it would not be ready! I said forget it and went to Doc Greens. I was trapped in that drive thru for over 50 minutes and have never experienced such poor service.

3 stars because I enjoyed the food. Service was disappointing. We order Panera Bread online for pickup often. This was the first time at this location. All of the instructions said stay in your car. We parked in front of the pickup sign that also said stay in your car. Two employees sitting at a table chatting, clearly saw us. After about 5 minutes, I put a mask on and went in. The girl handed me a bag. One bag for food for 4 people. The bread was thrown on top falling out. The bag was ripped. I just expect better from Panera. Won't be visiting this s location again.
