Lexi literally saved our lives. Our queen mattress at home has been passed down from family members so getting our own mattress that we enjoyed was very important. She helped us find a mattress that was comfortable and was perfect for the both of us. The second we walked in she greeted us and was so kind. I have never felt so welcomed in a store. Our experience was nothing less than amazing. If you’re trying to find a bomb mattress, find Lexi because she is the best!!

We had a great experience at the Manhattan location with Carter. He helped us find the right firmness and even save some money! We can’t wait to get our mattress and feel happy that we have 4 months to try it out.
Absolutely fantastic service. Sarah was amazing. She showed me everything available in my price range and made sure I was happy with my decision since sleep really is a major part of life, which I sincerely appreciated. The fact that I got an adjustable base for free with my mattress purchase was just icing on the cake.
Mattress Firm was by far the best mattress place we have visited. Sarah and Carter were the two sales associated that helped us, and both were well informed and obviously care about not only you sleeping well, but also considering the financial side as well. Carter was very thorough in explaining the warrantys and policies to ensure you know exactly what your options are after you have your bed. They were very helpful and I highly recommend their business to anyone shopping around for a new bed.
