I love Panera's healthy salads and sandwiches, but I wish it were not so expensive.
Their service and food is fine when they actually have food in stock. Last time they were out of the soup we wanted and the bread they use on the bacon turkey bravo, today they were out of bread bowls, the bread for grilled cheese sandwiches, and out of lettuce. The managers are awful at taking inventory and it shows. Be sure to call ahead to make sure that they have the ingredients for SOMETHING you want.
Mostly good experiences. On occasion the order is not understood by the cashier's so double check and have them repeat and the experience will be great.
