Horrible service. I bought a bedroom set from here a couple weeks ago. Before paying I informed the sales staff that I wanted a mattress and box springs to go with the set. They assured me twice that the mattress came with box springs. Upon picking up the set they told me that the box spring was not included and they tried to get me to spend an extra $110 because they apparently “forgot to charge me for it.” I want to be clear and say that I have absolutely no problem purchasing the box springs. The problem I had with the situation is the fact that I had already paid for the bedroom set in full and was not expecting another charge. I was under the impression that I had already bought the box springs. Had I known it was going to be $100+ more I probably wouldn’t have bought the night stand so that I would have stayed within budget. They told me that there was nothing they could do for me. I would not recommend this place to anyway!!!

We have purchased furniture from Kutters for years. We always get great service and quality merchandise. If they don't have what we want they have no problem ordering it. We always are assisted when needed but enjoy the opportunity to just browse. We recommend Kutters for all your furniture needs.

Not great! Customer service is nonexistent! Communication about the customer’s receipt and what product the customer is supposed to receive is horrible among staff and employees of the facility. I will not be purchasing any furniture here.nnI do NOT recommend this store to anyone. If you are looking at the reviews and trying to find decent furniture for your new home or home makeover look somewhere else. It will safe you the headacheud83dude4fud83cudffc

Della was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. We looked at a lot of options from the large selection.
