Fantastic shopping experience. The employee who helped us only showed us pieces that fit our color scheme and budget instead of trying to upsell. We originally came just looking for ideas because we had a substantial coupon to a competing store, but they were able to match our competitor coupon on the piece we found here! Delivery was free and only took a couple days.

Dayelle was such a wonderful help when we bought our couch a couple months ago! She guided us to some furniture she thought we would like based on our style and gave us the space we needed to make our decision. We live our new couch and it has held up beautifully with two big dogs constantly jumping on it!

I was the 4th person out of my group of friends t order a specific couch from feldkamp's. I ordered mine 1 month after a friend did and was told that they had ordered extra when they ordered hers so it would only be 2 or 3 weeks until they were in, which was the main reason I went with feldkamps. 3 weeks came and I heard nothing so I inquired and was told mine and my friends was pushed back 5 more weeks. When I asked about a refund since another vendor told me they could get the same couch in a shorter time. I was told sure but we will keep a 20% restocking fee!! (Yes, a restocking fee for a couch they dont even have in stock.) Anyways, 5 weeks came and went and again I heard nothing so I inquired again and was told that, actually, my couch hasn't even made it to production yet and it would be at least 10 more weeks. But, this time they offered me the full refund I asked about 5 weeks agoud83dude44. I feel like I was lied to when I first ordered the couch and an extra one was not ordered with my friends. Then lied to again when the date was pushed back and the fact I had to call to find out it had been pushed back, nobody called to inform me or let me know what was going on. Of course, everything was blamed on covid but I was able to get the couch from another company in a way shorter time frame. Not good customer service.

Love Feldkamps Furniture. Linda who we worked with is a real pro. She is so helpful. Store is awesome, delivery was right on time. There delivery team was careful and set up was complete. Linda followed up after delivery to check on our satisfaction. Best Furniture Store we have ever dealt with. Highly recommend and they are local.

Very friendly staff, GREAT prices!! It doesn't look like much from the outside, but walk inside and you'll be happy. We found exactly the right sectional for us, and Linda was an amazing saleswoman!!nAll in all, a great experience.
