Went in to return an item, had my email stating that I am to bring it into a game stop store to return, and the female employee would not take my return and said I had to mail it back to return... even though my email says to bring it into a Game Stop store. She didn't even want to see my email stating so.nnBut, I did drive to the other Game Stop store on the other side of town and the employee was so helpful! He was very nice and helped me complete my return.
Called first to ask if product was available. Arrived, store clean and well stocked. Salesperson very knowledge, made purchase.
If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. Manager has a lack of common sense and customer service skills. She does not have respect for peoples time. I have also put a call into corporate.
Very good customer service. Unfortunately and not this game stop's failure but my pre-order is over a month late.
