Ive been in this location twice in the last month. The first time I was looking for a washer/dryer. They had a nice set right in front of the door that I was interested in. The salesman said they had no new models in stock but I could buy the floor model, but I'd have to pay full price for it. No thanks. The second time was a couple weeks later, I walk in the store and there's three people chatting just down on of the aisles. They let me go by without even a hello or welcome. An older gentleman comes in right after me anc the conversation stops and they ask him what they can help him with. This older man says he wants to know if they have an item on sale and he is told that everything is always on sale in the store. :/ No thanks I'll pass
Joe was friendly, professional and helpful. I called, inquiring about purchasing a deep freezer which happens to be out of stock for awhile due to current circumstances in the world. Joe was more than willing to check on availability, prices and options for me. Great customer service!!!
Great group of people working at this store. They will always try to make sure the customer is satisfied. Rusty runs a great business in the little apple!!
Rusty was very helpful with me. He helped me with my first adult purchase when i bought my new washing machine. Very helpful and the Sears crew always try to help and they go above and beyond, definitely coming back to buy that dryer!!!
Had a fridge installed and the delivery crew was very professional and did way more than other appliance sellers around the city. Would definitely recommend Sears to anyone looking for appliances!
