I was really hoping that Nick wasn't a fraud but it seems that he is. Please as a mother any women going to this man's 3 stores, he will rip you off , he will scam you, he will sell you faulty items that will indeed need to be fixed in which gets him more money and don't even try to get your money back, he will never give anyone a refund even when he lies and says it's guaranteed he will find a reason to make it your fault. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT BELIEVE HIS 5 STAR REVIEWS, THEY ARE HIS FRIENDS/FAMILY OR EMPLOYEES. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. LOOK ELSEWHERE! Will only respond to negative reviews, he will also say don't have a name on file cause he's that's irresponsible and never actually puts customers names in the database, only come here if you want your laptop lost like he did mine , and still has not returned it. Yes I am leaving basically the same review on each actual store because this man is a legitimate fraud.

Ordered a laptop with the upgraded storage. It looks brand new. The price was perfect for our tight budget. The laptop is top notch and perfect for what we needed.

Hopefully, others have a better experience here than I did. This was a complete waste of my time and money. I took my phone in for a screen repair and it came back worse than when I took it in. Oh, and they charged me nearly $450 for it.nnPros:nnThe screen is no longer cracked.nnCons:nnThe screen and backing were replaced with off brand parts (I was not informed this prior to installation). I was charged more for the off brand screen than what Samsung lists as a replacement screen costing. Samsung’s website lists a a new screen for my model at $249. I was charged closer to $280 for the third party one.nnSince the screen was not as high a quality, the top of my screen now has a green tint to it.nnAfter installation, the phone now has a VERY poor sound quality. The Dolby Atmos now sounds like it is being projected from a tin can.nnAfter the first time I took the phone in, the backing was not properly installed. It was not attached in several places and caused the phone to rattle loudly when vibrating. I took it back to have it reattached and received it back with glue all over the phone. After wiping it off with a tech friendly wipe, there were also several scuffs revealed that were not previously there.nnBugs that may not be related, but appeared only after receiving my phone back:nnThe phone WILL NOT play any notification sounds. I have tried fixing every setting and bug fix I could find on the internet. I even factory reset the phone and they will not work. Vibration is all I can get.nnI do not get signal at all in places I never had issues with before.nnI randomly do not receive calls. This was tested with someone sitting right next to me.nnI wanted to support a local business, but I wasted so much time going back and forth and I could have bought a totally refurbished phone for what they charged me. I ended up having to buy a new phone anyway because I cannot work with a phone that does notify me of messages or take calls.

Inquired about some Chrome books that I saw for sale. Got a great price for 2 of them. They seem to be working fine and were reset and ready to use. Nick mailed them out of Friday and I got them on Monday. Well in time for Easter. Service was great.

Wonderful customer service and great prices. Only took two days for shipping and the product is in great shape. Definitely recommend doing business with Nick!
