I had a driver today from the independence Kansas FedEx that delivered our recliner he said it in front of the door where I couldn’t get out of the house because I am on a walker. I yelled out to him sir you cannot leave that there I can’t get out of my house and he asked me where I would like it. I asked if he could put it just inside the door way and even though he had to take the box apart and get the recliner out of its packaging to fit it into my door he was willing to do that for me. He was very kind and went above and beyond what you would expect a Fed ex driver to do. I tried to call FedEx to let them know what a great job he had done but due to all the automation I could not get through. I really feel like somebody needs to tell about this gentleman and what a great job he is doing for your company!!!
It's a great company , forever lasting family , would highly recommend their service and employment.

Driver just threw brand new truck tires in front of my house. Luckily my wife was home and was able to bring them in, otherwise they likely would have been stolen. Have had several issues with this driver in the past as well. Contacting Customer service is a total joke as well.
