Great little place and nice customer service.
Nice little store, for it's small size it has a lot inside. The staff is friendly, helpful and not pushy. They have the normal variety of tools, outdoor equipment, washers dryers, refrigerators, television and and array of additional household items and item's needed for the maintenance of your home, inside and out. Easy access to store, it is located in the middle of town on the main road going through Independence Kansas. There are also many other small shops to visit along with your visit to this Sears outlet.
Just appliances and some tools, lawn mowers. Liked how they called to explain. A good manager does the right thing. That doesn't happen often. Kudos.
