We went to Furniture Loft in Emporia on Memorial day. Lisa was the person that helped us that day. She was very nice and let us take all the time we needed to make our final decision. They then delivered the sectional on Saturday that same week. The gentlemen that delivered our sectional were very pleasant and efficient, even taking the time to make sure that where we had them put it, it would still recline all the way and not hit the wall. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend them to others.
Selection good but lots of stuff on floor already sold. Many things they would be waiting till August because of covid. I’d just suggest easing up on following customers around. Big turn off for a lot of us. We were fully capable of browsing and then choosing what we would like. Could barely even have a private discussion with spouse. Left solely because of being followed.
We bought a twin size mattress for our Grandson there!! It was comfortable!!!ud83dude03
they were great and very helpful.
The guys did a great job with delivery and set up! Very careful and quick! They also did a great job getting our old furniture out!
