Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very helpful.
This was an excellent place buy carpet and an all around wonderful experience. The owner and his wife are the nicest people and very helpful. The prices were good and the quality was awesome. The carpet installers also did an excellent job. They did quality work in a quick manner. Thank you Carpet Plus for making a daunting task an easy one!
Management is terrible, only one guy there knows anything and their installers are super nice until you confront them about their really high prices.
Overpriced and measurements were way off. Took 2 months to get a refund! Terrible customer service.
They didn't have what I was looking for but they were very helpful and showed me many options. They also have good discounts on left over carpet and didn't hesitate to refer me to other carpet stores that might carry what I was looking for.
