Went for a carmel ice coffee around 1130 am. The coffee tasted burnt and there was no carmel taste to it whatsoever. The drink is usually a lighter color but it was very dark colored today. It was so bad that I couldn't drink it just had to toss it out.
Love the frozen and iced coffee drinks, but can never get the same drink made right!!! And since when did they stop putting whip cream on the drinks? That's what made them good
I appreciate the convenience of the drive-thru but fail to understand how my order is almost always wrong. I should not have to check my order of 3 donuts in the drive-thru and make others wait. This is the 3rd time in which this has happened. I hope to be able to change my rating in the future.
Go in at 9am on a Saturday and they do not have but just a few of regular type donuts but then a ton of muffins, bagels. That is crazy. They were extremely busy. During the 15 mins I was there I saw no one putting more donuts in the case. I was so happy when they came to town because our local donut shop is out of donuts by like 9am but they are out early too.
I like DD, but mostly other locations. This particular location has never gotten into the swing of prompt, correctly filled orders. Lukewarm coffee when you order a hot coffee? Frozen interior of a breakfast sandwich? All served slowly?
