Clean store with plenty of hand sanitizer laying around. Lots of great clothing/shoes/home options, always fun gift ideas there. There were some good holiday sales and lots of selection.

The only person working at the register took the time to chat with the previous customer about her furniture shopping, even after she was through with her transaction. When I didn't want a Kohl's credit card, I already had my card in the card reader and was waiting for her participation, she started mumbling under her breath derogatory statements. Even with the mask, I could hear her. She said her name is Sky, but I couldn't verify it because the badge on her lanyard was hanging backwards. She is an older lady, perhaps late 60's, early 70's. The young lady at the entrance was very courteous, though.
