Just trying to get the simplest prescription, and told it's in stock. Then next day it's not, and they'll call other stores just to find out at the end of the day they never did. Then 3 days later after they said they ordered the script they lost the order, and never 1 I'm sorry.
The pharmacy at this location is the worst. I turned in the precipitation at 7:00 pm and was told to come back at 8:30. I can back at 8:30, they told me they couldn’t locate my order in the system. I had to reorder it. It took another 15 minutes for them to complete my order. And they didn’t even apologize. This was the worst experience be far. Don’t ever come here.
I was prescribed a medication that every other pharmacy in Clark county was basically like - Nope. Cannot help you.
The pharmacy manager here went out of his way, above and beyond to help me. Searched various suppliers, called my doctor to figure out an alternative, etc. I am so grateful.
Most people are nice here. Some people wont even give you options. So... Good and bad. I'd like to make the rating lower, but I won't do that and punish the nicer people who work here.
Is it so much to ask that if you say a prescription will be done at a certain time that it is done at that time. Not make me sit and wait for over an hour more. Sitting at the Walmart pharmacy isn’t exactly how I planned on spending my evening. I’m the type of person that does what I say - so I expect others to do the same. When you say it’ll be ready at 7pm then have it ready at 7pm.
