My go to store Always someone there to help

Not busy!! Had whole store to myself!!

My family stopped by to do some shopping and let me just say for the record, there were only cashiers available but no reps on the floor to help at all! I was in the Levi section for some boot cut pants and I kept looking through each jean style which probably took me about a good 15 mins. Through out that time, NO ONE came out to help. I have no intention but it was so sad, I could probably stuff some items in my jacket and run really fast. Now that I think back on it, I didn't even see Mall security! Hopefully this is warning to all establishments. Guard your stuff. Those we did pass by that worked the cosmetic counters, did say hello. Very happy about that.

I needed some guidance on purchasing a few items for my wife's Birthday and a very helpful young woman named Lakayla assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for. It's nice to see to that even during the pandemic stores like Macy's still care about customer service. I will definitely continue to shop at your store.

The customer service representatives that I encountered while in the store & over the phone went above and beyond to satisfy my shopping needs. Good customer service is very hard to find these days so I really appreciated that..I will definitely be back to shop again in the near future.
