I love JC Penny's we had to drive a distance. The money saved on sales was more than worth it. Great customer service. Clean store.

Went to do my daughters senior pictures here, lots of sales going on. Pictures came out great! Lots of parking.

This is being generous. It may not be their responsibility that they are opening at noon in the extreme heat of the day because the mall does not open until noon. But, you are coming in from the heat and it feels like there is no A/C on in the store and there is only cashier at the register to handle a long line so it makes for a shopping nightmare. Think before you go there. THINK!!!

Great shopping environment. Only down side, discounts and coupons don't apply on all merchandise.
