Currently renting a storage unit from this location. So far everything has been good. The staff are friendly and helpful. I like that they provide carts to help you move your stuff to and from your unit. I also like that they provide a place where you can leave items that you no longer need or want for others who might need them. I also really like the security measures they have to protect my property. Video monitoring, check-in system, and door alarms to name a few. My only complaint is that it is kinda dark in my storage unit. I'm not sure if the lights are supposed to come on when the motion sensors are triggered, but they don't and I have a hard time seeing when I'm in the unit.
Great experience. The General Manager was phenomenal and passionate about her job. The employee's were helpful, courteous and proficient.nnI rented three trucks to do a self move and they made it much easier.
happy with the people on the fort Smith end but when I tried to turn the truck in on the other end using the automated system it didn't work.
Good customer service and was upgraded to better towing package for free.
Teresa and Jeff were absolutely amazing. Another location made a mistake on the 24 share pick up. Teresa & Jeff picked up the ball and got us on the road in time, With laughter and good vibes. Great experience all around at this location
