I wanted to thank Charles Davis for understanding and working with my family and I on our storage. We were able to get our storage out after years of trying to pay it off. They really saved us from losing memories of my father. Thank you to Lori for the help with making the delivery date. Both were very responsive. Lori contacted me the day before the arrival to double check for the okay to deliver. Thank you again.

Excellent experience. The foreman was also the driver so he oversaw packing and unpacking, and it made the move so much smoother. He also had 20+ years experience with the company; Studdard is lucky to have him!

This company agreed to move us. I asked that they plan to do some of the packing. They came out to evaluate. They failed completely in their duty to express their expectations on our preparedness. They planned to provide ZERO help with any of the packing. When they showed up to do the move they didn't like what they saw and declined to do our move on our move date. Then they told us the next day that they couldn't do the move for a month! Timing matters! Their complete failure to properly communicate and manage expectations created a significant financial hardship for us. It also had significant affect on other families (this was on base housing)They didn't care. It appeared to us that their decision not to move us had more to do with the fact that it was in the 90's and they just didnt want to work in the heat. While we could have been better prepared this would not have been an issue had they planned to help with the packing as asked.nnJohn Crum was our point of contact and the person who came to our home 10 days prior to our scheduled move. His failure to properly communicate and to plan to help with the packing as I had asked tells me he should be in another line of work.nnDON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I should be able to give them 0 stars!
