These people are great. They are a huge company, but I sold parts to them for 20 years. They have to rated drivers, mechanics, and sales people. Great to work for and use.
It was easy to get in and deliver
Heather who coordinates deliveries and Kevin who delivers go above and beyond. I receive alot of product and if there's a problem it happened before they receive it. I have not experienced any back talk or complaints from any of the drivers...I wish all my suppliers would ship through OD and have everything dispatched out of Parsons. Even when Heather or Kevin are there they are professional & good those two just go over the top.
