I love the sofa chaise we bought. The men who delivered our white glove delivery were great. The price of the sofa was good. High quality for the money. Only negative is it took over 12 weeks to get it after paying for it. We do love it though.

Delivery was great but the delivery person told us that the fireplace insert can be hooked up to either the wall or a power strip with a circuit breaker. The tag says that hooking it up to any power strip is a major fire hazard and/or can cause damages if not plugged into anything but the wall.nn2nd review (adding a star) This is your go to for furniture. Ask for John when you need a salesman. He'll take care of you like family and knows his stuff.nnDelivery was amazing. I could not be any happier with their service. Thanks guys!nn3rd review (yet again) The delivery guys were awesome. Pleasant to talk to. Were done in a flash and were clearly experts. Couldn't have found better help. Seriously

From start to my furniture being delivered was a great experience! The sales lady on the floor was upbeat and funny. The guy behind the desk was just as silly and professional. Then when the delivery guys came. They were very professional. This is my 2nd bedroom furniture purchase. Both experiences were fun and great! Furniture is great quality as well.

Pleased with the quality and price. We were told the wrong delivery price...twice. we live in Lawrence and was told that the delivery should be in the morning which would be great since my wife has a home daycare. I was later told the delivery would be in the afternoon which was not good with her business. In no way were they accommodating at all. Every other furniture store is more accommodating then this place. For the price that we had to pay for delivery you would think they could have delivered at a more convenient time...we asked for morning or late in the day a week ahead of time and they could not help out. Delivery guys were great and helpful.
