I needed a difficult to procure mattress quickly. I called multiple places and then called Mattress By Appointment and Kenya responded immediately and actually had Twin XL in stock. We set an appointment for the next day and she showed me 2 mattresses and when I explained why I needed this mattress she was fantastic and worked a deal with me if my dad didn’t like it we could return it and she would find us the last mattress my dad would have. Looking at the big box stores the prices were really high with a long wait time to get in (I don’t have a long time and want him comfortable now before it’s too late) and Kenya told me the price for a high quality mattress and it was 1/3rd of the prices I found online. I can’t thank Kenya enough for helping me and not breaking my bank account!

The people here are very friendly and they work with you to get the right product you want and work with you on payments as well. Also they deliver to you for a small fee so it wasn't expensive for delivery. They are cordial and polite and I recommend them for mattresses. Love my new mattresses.

Kenya is the best and she is not just trying to sell you a mattress. This is the carmax of mattress stores. Great customer service but really let's you lead. Don't bother shopping around either. The closest price match you can get to these guys is 150$ more than what you'd pay here. If you like building your credit, sleeping right, and paying less for it than you could anywhere else. This is your only mattress, pillow, and sheet store. And if you're pondering it looking at your old mattress that hurts your back... This isn't just a new mattress, it's a NEW LIFESTYLE.

I had the most wonderful experience. We were helped with our budget and so helpful finding the best mattress for my son. I have high anxiety about being around others and it was perfect for me. She made me feel welcomed. I did not catch her name but the gentlemen dropped off my mattress as well as hauled mine. If anyone is looking for a budget as well as comfort they are the way to go!
