Low pressure, and great service. Didn't feel like i was being forced into a sale and even better John was direct and honest when I had questions. We were able to get a great deal on a queen and twin mattress with a few other perks. 10/10 would not hesitate to send a friend here.
great experience ---John was very knowledgeable and gave me plenty of time to try any and all mattresses until I decided on one. I went to Mattress Firm at 91st & Metcalf today to look at a mattress. I was helped by John S. Great experience with John and with this store. I had looked on-line before hand and knew about what I wanted. John explained a lot about the mattress & cover for it. It was in stock and could be delivered the next day. I could not be happier about this experience. Both men in the store had on masks and were so helpful. He was very polite, nice and very helpful. Very, very satisfied with my experience today! Thank you. :)
The salesman, John, spent a lot of time showing us various mattresses. We We’re allowed to lay on them to determine firmness. He explained differences between hybrids & coil. He did a great job.
The salesman made us feel very comfortable, and was extremely helpful in our decision with which mattress to choice. We left there with our budget in tact and a bigger mattress than we thought we could afford. Great experience!!
