The employees here are TOP NOTCH. Always engaged and positive regardless of the time of day or what is going on. It has become my favorite place to eat and work on my computer mainly because of the atmosphere they help set. I love this place! Best Panera Bread in the country, IMO.

I keep coming back to this location despite it not always being the closest, because the staff here is awesome! Alec is always there with a warm smile! They have made curbside pick up seamless.

Past breakfast and this place is definitely dead. First time trying the passion papaya green tea and it’s awesome. Employee on the other hand looked like they were bothered when taking order.

I ordered caramel latte and they messed up the order. It was a different size and taste different. We went back and told them that they messed up the order. They changed the size to large but it was all milk and water and it was all white with no flavor. They were also really rude when changing the order. We went back again and told them it was all milk and she started saying that I made it and than she throw it all away and showed it there was some caramel with no coffee. At the end they gave us small size again but it was really bad again so we threw it all away and did not come back. The service was the worst and I will not be going back again.

When you order your food through the app and pay ahead for whatever reason they decide to take forever to make your food. Twice I have ordered through the app and had to wait 30 minutes to get my food, meanwhile, the app said it would take 10 minutes and everyone in the drive thru was being served their food. I have no idea why they can’t manage handling orders through their app like all other food businesses. It’s just a joke may as well just wait 15 minutes in the drive thru because you will get it quicker than if you plan ahead and order through the app. Avoid this location, terrible.
