Always helpful, knows everyone's name and preferences. You like the hydro lounge off to the right side? You got it. If it is full and you like tanning bed number 3? They unfailing will get you in so you can 'wait' constructively. It's the little things. I forgot my music one time and one of them offered to stand by the elliptical and talk to me.nnAnd they are incessantly cleaning. gotta love that.

I love this guy. Staff, environment, equipment, and everything about it is awesome. I cannot give it 5 star because they will not enforce mask wearing. 90% of people don’t wear mask on the workout floor. Please enforce so we can feel safe returning.

I would give this location a 5 star review but they will not enforce their own mask rules. I am a hospice worker and have seen first hand what this virus can do to people and take the mask mandate seriously. When I visited this location on this last weekend only two other patrons, at the fully packed gym, were wearing masks and at no time did an employee offer disposable masks to anyone or ask that they wear one. The sign at the front door states MASK REQUIRED FOR ENTRY but absolutely no one who walked in with out one was asked to put one on. They are more diligent with their eye wear for tanning policy than the state mandated mask rule.

I really like coming here. This facility is less than half a mile from my apartment. It has tons of cardio machines and multiples of the most popular weight machines - which reduces waiting time. This facility is always clean. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. Everything is new and up-to-date. Good job, Planet Fitness!

Great and clean facilities and equipment, and plenty of space that in theory would make social distancing very easy. However the staff at this location are doing virtually nothing to encourage customers to comply with Planet Fitness's rules, allowing people to walk through public areas including the lobby without a mask and to exercise in very close proximity to each other. To make matters worse, some of the staff refuse to follow their own mask guidelines, wearing them under their nose or taking them off entirely. If you're looking for a safe place to work out right now, this place has potential, but expect to spend a lot of time maneuvering around unaware customers and negligent staff. You will not feel very safe here.
