I have been to this store 3 or 4 times with family plan phone changes and they have been very eager to help every time. These guys have the perfect demeanor for customer service .
Justin Hankins is the absolute best!!!nnLet me start by telling you my pure, unadulterated hatred I have for going into phone service stores. The last time I went in to get a simple upgrade it took close to 3 hours and was pure frustration, which was then doubled with the complete lack of care the employee helping me gave.nnToday, however, I found myself staying after my phone was completely finished just to continue to chat with Justin. He was professional and very knowledgeable, but the thing that stuck me most was that he genuinely seemed like he was more than willing to help me in anyway necessary.nnThank you so much for you attentiveness and sincerity Justin - it doesn't come around as often as it should. I will 100% be coming to you specifically for all other appointments!
Helpful staff and convenient location.
The manager and the other employee Justin were excellent. They were knowledgeable and patient, making what is usually a painful process pleasant. Would definitely go back for any AT&T needs.
Malik was a very nice laid back young man. Matt, the manager, was a real piece of work. Lol But he did give me a free screen wipe. Thanks for all your help.
