Enrique helped me get to the bottom of a billing issue that had been going on for 2 years. I had lost hope that anyone could help me, but Enrique restored my faith in the company. I will definitely be coming to this store in the future for a way better level of help and dedication than other Sprint / T-Mobile stories.

Terrible experience. The sales rep Michael was dismissive immediately and did not care to help at all. Zero empathy for issue at hand. He tried to pawn me off to his manager who was not available until the next business day. How is this acceptable? I was just trying to return a new phone I was not happy with. 90 dollars in restocking fees I'm left with one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
I really had a good experience setting up my new account. The reps are a little pushy with their sales techniques but I knew what I was looking for going into there so I walked out a very happy man! I signed up for the iPhone 8 unlimited plan for about $65 per month and it has been working great for me!
