I bought a $4000 GECafe 4 door refrigerator in April 2020, the knowledge & service at Alexander & Rays was wonderful, extremely helpful. On August 12, 2020 I called Alexander & Rays to let them know that my 4 month old investment had stopped making ice. They told me they would contact GE for me, on August 19, I called back letting them know I had not heard from GE. GE finally came out on 8/21 & said we needed a new ice maker and it would be a week to get a new one. It is now 9/2 and we are still buying bags of ice! Mark Alexander, think twice before you recommend the GE Cafe style refrigerator!

In the internet driven, and box store driven appliance era, this place is a breath of fresh air.nnIn addition, as a Professional salesman of some 30 years myself, their honest no-nonsense approach works best. No up-selling.nnSold us only what we needed. Great warranties. Avoid the box stores, & head on in to meet these great folks. And ask for Mr. Ray, if he’s awake!
Needed a freezer because ours quit working, they went out of their way to respond and provided a freezer sufficient to solve our potentially expensive food loss. Huge Thanks to them for their help! Shop their store, great people!
