Once again, Aaron’s has harassed us in another way. They illegally searched for my parent’s and brother’s number to call to ask where our payment is. They were not listed on the application for references or emergency contacts. We were only 8 days late in payment. Can’t wait to be done with these people!!
Phone calls 4 times a day, showing up at home at least once a day. Today two people showed up and thought it would be funny to hold their hand over the peep hole so I couldn’t see who it was while laughing. Times are extremely hard right now with Covid and some people took a hard hit because of unemployment! Give us a break!!!
I love this store BUT can someone please post on here a accurate number to call to pay the bill over the phone. I was almost scammed by a 800# listed on google this morning and this is not the time to be out 200$ for nothing on top of giving my card information
Very confusing and not professional at all.
All they do is call you 2-4 times a day and harass you even when you tell them a date that you can pay., they are NOT GOOD with writing things down.. and they are rude!!!
