It certainly feels like I am an inconvenience any time I am calling, have questions, or need information on one of my medications. I have several chronic diseases that I have to take expensive medications for. Coming to pickup my medication is not a pleasant experience and the staff here makes it even more unpleasant. I always call in with a happy demeanor and it is quickly squashed after talking to the customer service people here. Every time I speak with them they question me on whether I can afford this medication and ask if I even want them to fill it again. There have been many many times when they tell me a date and time that the medication will be ready and I come in for pickup and they say they don't even have it in stock yet. Then half the time they don't even know any information about my medication or can't tell me when it will be in stock. That's very disappointing for someone like me who relies on medication to function in every day life.nnCustomer service and pharmacy personnel should realize that our favorite thing isn't coming in to pickup medication that is pricey and we don't want to be taking in the first place. Please don't make it an even worse experience than it already is by being rude. (Two stars just because there are two cashiers that work here who have been very kind. I wish I could request them every time I come.)

HORRIBLE customer service. Always out of my prescriptions for heart meds even when I gave them a week before running out. I'm seriously thinking about switching to a different pharmacy. (yes, this happened numerous times BEFORE Covid.)

Had 3 medications all together. They called when they are done with each of them. So I got 3 separate calls in 3 different hours. Had to come back 3 times that day. Why not just call when all 3 are done.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I have given my phone number numerous times yet I'm never contacted when my prescriptions are ready and the cashiers are rude. I've always worked in customer service so I understand a bad day but every time I go in there they have an attitude. I'm late getting my prescription every month because they never inform me when it is ready. Fix your system.
