What's not to love they have dry ice and a helpful knowledgeable staff, the store looks amazing every time I go in there whether it's just for Starbucks coffee and a cake pop or if I'm doing weekly shopping or quick run here and there. The employees are very polite and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile if you need it. In a place where the bathrooms are just as clean as the ones that are in your home it's very nice to feel safe and clean in your local grocery store.
I've never shopped at this particular Price Chopper but I am grateful for their customer service that they have extended. It was my first time purchasing something for FB market place and they person I purchased it from asked me to meet then in Price Chopper's parking lot. So I called the Price Chopper and spoke to the supervisor and explained the situation to him and asked if they could keep an eye on me. And they did! They could of told me no. They could of said don't do this in my parking lot. I really appreciate the customer service you all extended to me and I pray that God blesses your establishment!
This is my first visit, to this Price Chopper. After my visit, here's my feedback. Customer Service is the best. They go beyond the call of duty, to help a customer. As far as stock, they are like other grocery stores. Product is, at times, hard to get. It's worth a visit, to see them.
clean, and staff follow health protocols excellently. I am afraid of the price chomper mascots though. why are their teeth so big?
