Most of their food is fine, however this location almost every time we go for breakfast runs out of coffee. This morning they only had decaf and had to be reminded by 3 different folks. 3 years ago.nnFor the past year before covid it really improved. Today we walked in and observed again, no coffee except decaf, out of half and half, looks like it was a busy bagel day to go orders wiped them out. They appear to have problems with staff as once again new person taking orders. We chose to leave and go to a nearby I-Hop that was busy, but were waited on promptly. Yes, costs more for breakfast, but we didn't have to wait for coffee to be made and had a good selection. We used to go to this Panera 2 to 3 times a week, but no more and it's sad to see empty shelves and always have to ask for coffee.

I am giving two stars simply because of how kind everyone has been and how much I enjoy the food. Sadly, the rapid pickup service is awful. On multiple occasions, I have sat waiting in my van for over 10 minutes, even when I can see that there is not a line inside. I typically can call and ask to have someone bring out our order, but today when I called, the phone just kept ringing. We actually decided to discontinue our coffee subscription because of this.nnToday, with my children in the car, I waited for 20 minutes before calling. Nobody picked up and we made the decision to leave. I am very disappointed. It isn't practical for me to lug my three kids in just to pick up a coffee so I do NOT recommend this cafe for the coffee subscription or for any type of rapid pickup.

I’m really disappointed to be writing this review as I had high expectations. I placed my order as I got In my car before leaving my driveway as the location is 10 min from my home and it said 5-10 min for pickup. I really wanted my order to be hot so I left with just enough time so could get back home and still eat warm food. When I arrived at the location I parked in the rapid pickup for curbside which I thought was a great option because I had kids in the car and didn’t want to take them in for a food pickup with the virus going around. (The same reason I ordered pickup and didn’t dine in). I checked my email when I arrived so I could tap “I’m here”. It said I was checked in and they would be out with my order. After about 5 minutes I tapped I’m here again thinking maybe it didn’t take the first time, I also called the location to tell them I was there since I had already been waiting and maybe their online system was just messing up. The person on the phone said they would be right out. As I’m waiting 2 other cars pulled up for rapid pickup. Another 5 minutes pass and nothing. A few min later a lady comes out to the car next to me and then to my car and ask for the name on my order. At this point I’m thinking this is ridiculous it’s been 10 min and I called and said I was here and checked in online and they still haven’t brought it out and they sent someone out, but not with my order. I bite my tongue as I assume she’s going to run right in and grab it. At this point other cars have pulled up and went in to dine in. I wait and wait and after another 10 min passes I’ve about had it, so I give my kids a mask and run in. The place is practically empty with one customer (that just walked in) placing an order at the register with the girl who came out 10 min before to ask for the name on the order. I look over at the rapid pickup that is literally right by the door and there is my order just sitting there as it probably has been the entire 20 min I sat outside. I grab my food and go. As we get back in the car the other 2 cars that have been waiting a while as well follow my lead and go grab their orders as well. What is the point of “rapid” pickup if it takes 20 min? And why have curbside if I’m going to have to go in to pickup my order? I’m extremely disappointed. I don’t eat Panera a lot because it’s pricey and this just ruined any chance of me ever getting it again. The fact that there were 3 cars outside waiting for curbside for at least 10 minutes (I was there 20) when the food is literally right by the door and the restaurant is nearly empty is appalling. It appears my review isn’t the first one with this same experience. No one wants cold food and no one wants to wait 20 min to get food that’s just sitting there getting cold. Please hire some employees that actually care to do their job. It’s really not that hard to bring out a bag of food to a customers car. And if it is that hard then stop offering curbside. Also don’t offer rapid pickup if it’s not going to be anywhere near “rapid”.

Waited for 10 minutes at the curb for my curbside. No one came out. Went inside and waited another 10 minutes. For someone to get off the phone. Counted six other people standing around wiping tables and cleaning up.nnWorker was clearly overwhelmed which I understand. She went and got her manager. And he reached around and handed me the bag with my name on it.

I visited this restaurant on 9/27/20 and it was the WORST customer service I have encountered. As I walked in there was a very limited selection of pastry products and that was at 4:00 pm. As I stood there to be waited on the cashier (Heather) never looked or acknowledged me. She totally avoided me. I stood in line for at least 5 min and not once was I asked by someone to take my order. Finally, another cashier asked if she could help me. Normally I am waited on by a girl named Hannah (who does a wonderful job) but now I will take my business to a store who understands customer service and who wants my business!
