I've been going to Rachel for years for various services and she has always done a great job! She's professional, on time, and cares for the customer. Her studio is very clean and welcoming. I recommend her to all my friends and family!

I have been coming to Lotus for quite some time and highly recommend Rachel. She is a professional, the treatments are excellent and my skin looks great. I appreciate that Rachel does not 'push' products and only makes recommendations if you ask. And her recommendations have been 'spot on.'

I have been going to Lotus for over 8 years and would never consider going anywhere else. Rachel does an amazing job making this old lady look semi-young again!! She has an awesome personality and always makes you feel at ease.

Had my first facial with Rachel and I will definitely be going back! She is so sweet and her spa is very relaxing. I love that I was the only person there. No distractions at all so I could truly relax.
