What an experience. My first sugar waxing or waxing of any kind for that matter. Nikki made the process easy. We had an in depth phone consultation where she explained everything to me in great detail. When I arrived at my appointment, she greeted me with a welcoming smile and made every attempt to set my nerves at ease. Throughout the procedure, Nikki talked through each step and took her time. When I messaged Nikki to schedule an appointment she was very professional and responded within a timely manner. I booked a Brazilian sugaring appointment with her. I was VERY hesitant and nervous because of the pain that comes from waxing.nNikki provided me with reassurance, knowledge, compassion and an overall amazing experience (her studio is beautiful and sets a relaxing mood!!). The appointment went smoothly, I was out within 30 minutes and she even gave TLC to stubborn hairs.
