Do not use this company, I absolutely never will again and telling everybody I know not to! We paid so much money to have them do a local move, and my dresser was obviously dropped as it is broken in three different places. Two large chips and one handle fell off. I was told they would send somebody to fix the dresser, or it would be replaced.Now they are offering me a fourth of the price to buy a new dresser and that is it. I have tried calling and cannot get anybody to help make this right. Extremely unhappy with our service.
The crew was friendly. Service is completely over priced against peers. 14% fuel charge based off time is not logical, should be based on distance.
BJ and his coworker were exceptional this morning. The men went above and beyond to handle everything carefully and were efficient with their time. I recommend this company to everyone looking for a moving company.nnAn added bonus to anyone in the KCMO area, BJ looks just like Patrick Mahomes (with dreadlocks), so you get the chance to have Patrick Mahomes visit your house. LOL j/k, but no seriously. This company was amazing! Thank you so much! :)
Mike, Gabe, and Robert were absolutely amazing! Would recommend them 100% of the time! They got our whole house loaded and move into our new house in less than 4 hours! They were fun to be around and personable as well! Will definitely use them again if we move again!
