Christy was really helpful, casual and friendly. She made me feel really comfortable - and not like my questions were bugging her. She seemed so cool, I want to come in to meet her! If I had shopped around and all other things were equal (they weren't b/c Extra Space had good pricing too) - Christy's way about her would make me choose this one.
I’ve been storing my things with Extra Space Storage for 2 years and have never had any issues. Management and staff have always been helpful and great. My only gripe is the increase in rate throughout the two years. Other than that, everything has been great. Thanks!

I couldn't get my stepdad's unit to lock back up when i was done and the lady employee was happy to take a look for me and when we found out the lock was broken she went and got me a new lock. She was very friendly. And it was hassle free. Thank you so much for the wonderful help!
Been here several years. Close to home, convenient entry and exit, good layout, no water concerns,... overall everything one could expect from a storage facility.
