Got a good deal on couple of phones at this location, and they offered a special bundle for car charger, phone case and screen protector for one of the newer phones I bought but they didn’t have the items in stock the day I bought them. They told me to check back and I did a couple of times and nothing. I called to check on days they told me the items may be delivered and had to keep calling to get someone. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!!! I wasn’t going to keep driving back to the location just to see if they had the items bc of no one answering. Actually none of the Metro PCS locations near me answers their phones. And it’s annoying as hell!!!!
